Student Achievement | Daniel Lu Wins Digital Art Award!
We are thrilled to celebrate our student Daniel Lu (14 years old), who has recently won “The Greenfluence Favourite in the Digital Arts Category” at The Greenfluence Collective 2025! 🏆
Daniel’s award-winning piece was created after attending the Procreate Digital Art Workshop at TsingMei Art Studio. His work powerfully captures the tension between nature and human behaviour — a giant wave of plastic bottles surging toward a shore covered with waste, symbolizing both environmental crisis and human reflection.
During the workshop, Daniel learned advanced digital painting techniques using Procreate 5.2, including composition, lighting, texture layering, and concept storytelling. His ability to express complex environmental themes through visual art demonstrates outstanding creativity, focus, and social awareness. This recognition not only celebrates Daniel’s artistic growth but also reflects the studio’s mission to nurture young artists capable of combining art, technology, and meaning.
